Construction Site Work
The construction industry accounts for more than a quarter of all work-related deaths and over 4000 major injuries each year. For this reason, health and safety continues to be at the forefront of the industry’s agenda and is central to the drive to qualify the construction workforce by 2010. This commitment is also underpinned by legislation such as the Construction regulations, which stipulate that firms must have skilled workers who understand the importance of health and safety.
All employees at Ayrshire Tree Surgeons hold valid CSCS cards. They are also trained to NPTC level for any tasks undertaken. Our employees are all trained first aiders and receive regular Health and Safety training.
Full site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements are produced before the undertaking of any works.
